The dedication of the staff, including individuals like Sergio and the grounds crew, has made the experience smoother and more compassionate for many families. While some minor issues with plot maintenance have occurred, Hillcrest is highly recommended for its tranquil atmosphere, professional service, and the love felt by families during their time of loss.
This was a sad part of my life, as it is with most people. Hillcrest handled all of my needs in a very professional way. I have no complaints.
I come here to visit family and I expected it to be a bit more peaceful, but it was fine overall. The grounds are kept clean and the staff at the funeral home were professional wihout being pushy. My only small thing would be that some of the older stones have shifted a bit, looks like they could use some basic leveling. The parking was easy to find and I didnt feel rushed at all during my time there. Definetely adequate and quiet enough for what its meant to be, I just wish there were a few more benches. Its a decent place to sit for a bit once everything settles
