My pool was completed 3 years ago. The process went smoothly and we were and still are very happy with the outcome. When our pool was completed Derick did a walk through with us and told us that we could always call him if we had any questions or issues. About 9 months after the pool was done we had issues with the light. They came out and fixed the issue immediately. Then this week, which is now 3 years since our pool has been done, I was having an issue that I couldn’t figure out. I talked to Leslies pool supply and they just told me to google more videos. I’ve been maintaining my pool myself so I wasn’t sure who to go to for help. I called Grecian and Derick called me back the same day. He was able to help me fix my issue over the phone. He was very nice and didn’t seemed inconvenienced or bothered to help me at all. The fact that I am no longer a current customer and that he treated me like I was by taking the time to help me is what makes this company great.
