I am a caregiver for people with IDD, among other things. They can be...problematic. I took a client in today. Taylor and Michelle were on staff. Both ladies were personable and compassionate. They spoke to my client, who is nonverbal, with kindness and understanding and even let me bring my client in to the styling area so they could watch someone else get their hair cut.

I’ve been coming here for about two years and have only had one or two not perfect haircuts. What I mean by that is that there were only one or two times I have not been completely satisfied with my haircut. Keep in mind I go to get my haircut every six weeks. The stylist was new and nervous so that explains why to me it wasn’t the best haircut. But I’ve seen her grow over the two years and now she’s my go to gal!

They were quick and the stylist was great with my son. She had positive energy and was engaging with my son. She made sure I was okay with how she was cutting his hair and confirmed what I wanted throughout the haircut. My son loves how it turned out.
