Gave it a 3 star because my hair came out good. Old fashion 80s layered feathered haircut. Though they charged me $23 senior h/c cost. I was charged $25. I called talk to Ana, she checked, said I was charged $23. My bank was pending so I waited to see if it would change to the correct amount. Nope. Still the same. $25. I called my bank and they redirected me back to Great clips saying it's on their end. Now two dollars is not a lot, but it's the idea they are not owning up to their extra charge and following up with me. Sad to say I really liked going to the one on Gosford. I am a caregiver for people with IDD, among other things. They can be...problematic. I took a client in today. Taylor and Michelle were on staff. Both ladies were personable and compassionate. They spoke to my client, who is nonverbal, with kindness and understanding and even let me bring my client in to the styling area so they could watch someone else get their hair cut.
Taylor did the cut, and she was so good with my client, even though he was agitated and making aggressive gestures. She let me stay with him the whole time and didn't get irritated or impatient.
