It's okay. I've been here a few times. It's very basic there, they don't offer to blow dry/style your hair. I don't even know if they do that here to be honest. It is pretty quick here, once it's your turn you sit in the chair and they cut your hair fast and you are on your way.

Edit: Just got a call from Ashley the manager and everything got sorted out. Very helpful and polite, the kind of service I've come to expect. At the end of the day it's just hair! The staff in the past has always been very good. I like that they store your cut in the computer and review with you before hand. Growing up in the 80s I typically got whatever cut the barber wanted to do that day! Hardly any wait time with the app, it's close to my home and very convenient when I'm doing shopping next door at Target. Just a small hiccup that prompted me to change my look up a little.
