I switched to Great Clips about a year ago from a higher end salon environment and have never regretted that decision. I see someone different almost every time but the notes are clear and they have always asked if I want to make any changes and check to make sure the length I’m asking for is correct. I have never had a bad cut, which I cannot say about some other of the “better” salons.

I love the check in feature and all the stylists have been so kind and welcoming.

After checking in with the app, I was seated immediately... 10 minutes later I was done. it was just a basic cut using my saved preferences. I always tip because the service is always great, I rarely go anywhere else
