Called Frontier at approx 7 am because of a water leak under my kitchen island. Travis arrived approximately 2 hours later. Great response time & excellent service from the company & especially TRAVIS! He was outstanding. Prompt, courteous, & professional. He quickly diagnosed my problem & repaired it. I can't say enough positive things about their technician, Travis. Appreciate the great customer service!

Great experience with our service tech Mark. He found the source of the problem with our less than a year old tankless water heater, arranged for the part to be shipped directly to us and come back to change out. We will definitely use Frontier and Mark for all of our plumbing needs in the future.

My AO Smith tankless water heater stopped working giving me an error code "510". Frontier Plumbing was recommended and i called the service desk for assistance. The best assistance I have received in a long time. Not only did the service person contact the AO Smith main headquarters, she also identified the error code, identified the part that i needed and ordered the part and had it shipped directly to my home (2 days). I was able to replace the part myself and have hot water once again. WOW! now that is service. The best part is she got the part under warranty (free), and she advised me that the service call would be expensive for them to drive to Tehachapi.... read full review
