I have visited this spa multiple times over the last 10 years and always have a good experience. I’ve booked time for me and my girlfriends and I’ve walked in without an appointment. Unlike some places, I’ve never been treated rudely or demanded a specific amount for tip and they just have been gracious and given great customer service each time.
I went in today to get a massage which I’ve always gone there and right when I walked in the guy was trying to pick the package for me which was the most expensive one. Than once I was done paying I gave him a tip and he was upset because he wanted more! On top of that their was 2 older ladies who worked there telling me to give him a 10$ tip ? never again will I go back
I've always had a great experience at this massage place. The therapists are professional, skilled, and create a relaxing atmosphere every time. I also appreciate that there's never any pressure to tip, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!
