Carlos not only pointed me in the direction, but escorted me down the aisle in search of the idea backsplash. Answering my question, listening to my wants, as well as educating me on the different materials and their benefits. I got my tile, next the quartz countertop.

This store is so lucky to have Fabian as their supervisor, with all of his experience he has become an expert in costumer service. I sure hope to one day see Fabian as a general regional manager. What a very intelligent person he is.
