Lindsay knows her stuff. For my first appointment, she took time to understand what my needs were, and not just my body's physical needs. She encouraged me to take some cleansing breaths during my session, and helped me understand how to assist in releasing my body's tension as she worked my muscles. I left feeling lighter and looser. I will be a regular. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
