Very nice people. Fast loading. Excellent facility. No overnight parking allowed but there is a Loves Truck Stop 8 miles away. Process is check in with security. If picking up a reefer load please make sure you have your reefer pre cooled to -10. But will need to be set to -20. Open doors. Slide tandems. Back in. They will either have you disconnect from trailer or have to lock glad hand. Plenty of room to get into your dock door.
Check in at guard shack fill out paper pull in park truck go check in at dock office which is by dock door 1... they will call with door number .....once you are loaded they will call for you to come get paperwork. Everyone I dealt with was very nice and professional.

Checked in at 06:15 for a 07:00 appt, dry load. I was out with bills at 06:45. Not sure about the other docks here, but dry dock was on its game today. They had two unloaders working my trailer at the same time...
