After my home warranty sent out Big Boy plumbing (who not only had trouble diagnosing the problem, leaving my family to struggle with our water heater for 3 weeks and later wanted to charge me an additional $250 after I paid the $90 warranty fee when the warranty refused to cover it) Mike from Drain Pro came out, charged only $150 after quickly diagnosing the problem, AND unclogged and reset our garbage disposal without charging us, also leaving us a tool to reset it ourselves. Drain Pro was highly recommended by a friend and now I know exactly why.

For the last 2 years, I've had 3 plummers come to my house for a smell that was awful. When we bought this house, I was told the smell was the garbage disposal, so we replaced it. The smell was still there, then was told it was coming from pipes, the plumbing company told us of pods to put in dishwasher, garbage disposal...etc. this went on for 2 years. Then, we were referred to "Chris Blackwell" with Drain Pro Plumbing of Bakersfield. I called 5 plumbers, and these were the only ones ones who could come that day. The tech snaked my main line, and all was good to go. Price was a bit high in my book, but inflation has everything through the roof, and I honestly can't put a price on flush toilets.
