My family loves Dr. Dozier. He has always been friendly, caring and honest with his patients. Since Covid happened we have not been able to see Dr Dozier and trying to get in for a yearly physical has been next to impossible. The NP that is doing the in office visits has canceled my appointment two weeks in a row with the next appointment available in September. When I requested a phone appointment with Dr. Dozier, the office personnel denied my request. I’m concerned for the reputation of the wonderful Dr Dozier as the NP and new office staff are not up to the standard that his patients have come to expect.
Doctor Dozier became my primary care doctor in 2009. I always loved and respected him until early 2022 when things went south. He sounded irritated when I had my telehealth appointments, once going so far as to tell me to "handle" a serious concern myself.I found a new primary care doctor in late January 2023.
