HORRIBLE! This place looks shady and they require payment before service, which were red flags as soon as I got there. They did not even do the massage the full length of time, kept leaving the room, answering the phone in the room, and could not communicate effectively with customers. Then, they demanded a tip as if it is part of the payment. This place and the staff are horrible.

DO. NOT. GO. HERE. This review is long, but worth reading. I just had by far the worst experience of my life with a massage therapist at this place! We clearly agreed to meet for two hours for a deep tissue massage today at 3 pm, which is the time she chose. We said this twice on the phone this morning. When I arrived at 3 pm, she said "Okay. We can go for half hour." I said, do you remember we agreed to a two hour deep tissue massage at 3 pm today on the phone this morning? She said, "Yes. I don't have time. We can do one hour."
