HORRIBLE! This place looks shady and they require payment before service, which were red flags as soon as I got there. They did not even do the massage the full length of time, kept leaving the room, answering the phone in the room, and could not communicate effectively with customers. Then, they demanded a tip as if it is part of the payment. This place and the staff are horrible.

DO. NOT. GO. HERE. This review is long, but worth reading. I just had by far the worst experience of my life with a massage therapist at this place! We clearly agreed to meet for two hours for a deep tissue massage today at 3 pm, which is the time she chose. We said this twice on the phone this morning. When I arrived at 3 pm, she said "Okay. We can go for half hour." I said, do you remember we agreed to a two hour deep tissue massage at 3 pm today on the phone this morning? She said, "Yes. I don't have time. We can do one hour." That should have been my first clue. Then, she demanded I pay first, which of course I thought was strange, but I did it anyway with no complaint. After I got naked on the massage table. She kept answering the phone, answering the door, and loudly talking to her co-workers in mandarin. Literally, 50% of the time she was not giving me a "massage." Her co-workers walked in and out of the small room multiple times with me naked and uncovered. Eventually, I asked if she had time for me. She laughed and said yes. This all continued throughout the "massage." During the "massage," I asked her several times to use more pressure. She said okay and did not. Eventually, she said she will not, because she is tired. The "massage" was her barely rubbing my skin and not at all massaging my muscles. She focused on my back for about two minutes, which was clearly the tensest area. She "massaged" one foot and not the other. She bent down, hit her eye on my elbow, and told me about it. I was lying still on the table. During the "massage," the towel was everywhere except where it should have been. She scratched my balls hard four times with her nails...seriously. After the "massage," I checked the time. It was not even an hour. Remember that we clearly agreed on a two hour deep tissue massage at the time she chose over the phone this morning. When I got there, she changed it to a half hour, then an hour. Furthermore, throughout the less than an hour "massage," only half of it included her attempting to give me a "massage." I literally looked up in the first ten minutes wondering if this was a joke after she walked back in the room for the eighth time. I did not complain at all throughout this whole adventure. As soon as I opened the door to walk out of the room, there she was with a co-worker smiling and demanding at least a $20.00 tip. I was dumbfounded, frustrated, mentally and physically tenser than when I arrived, and just wanted to get the hell out of there ASAP. So, I gave her $20.00 and as I left they both said, "Thank you. Come again." I said nothing. I do not believe she was clueless about the horrible job she did. She must know. I wonder what would have happened if I rightfully demanded a refund. If I picked a random person on the street to give me a massage, I am confident they would have done a much better job. Here are some real tips for this business: 1. Do not change the amount of time you are willing to provide to literally 1/4 of that time, then agree to 1/2 that time as if you are doing your customer a favor, and then not even provide them that much time. 2. Provide the service agreed upon. 3. Take a course in Basic Professional Development. 4. Avoid repeatedly scratching a man's balls with your nails during a professional "massage." 5. Learn how to use a towel. 6. Learn how to effectively communicate with customers and co-workers. 7. Learn how to give a massage. 8. Do not expect or ask for a tip, especially if you clearly did a horrible job. 9. Do not think most people are stupid enough to believe your family and friends are not the ones who left five 5 star reviews on Google after meeting with you, which is where I found this place. When you obviously do a horrible job. The fact that you demand money before providing a "massage" strongly suggests previous customers rightfully refused to pay. 10. Find a different profession.
