The staff are very nice. Dr. Steven Piak is a wonderful, caring, gentle Dr who takes the time to explain things so we can understand the procedures. I went in for a biopsy today & he was very gentle. Because I have chronic back pain, he allowed me to sit in the chair instead of the patient table where my back pain would have increased. I truly wish all Dr's were like him!!!!
An incredible experience. Professional, thoughtful staff and physicians, and a fast and easygoing visit. PA Steven Paik was very clear & receptive in addressing my skin concerns. Just beware that finding the clinic location inside of the hospital/office building is a little challenging. Will be doing more visits here in the future.
Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable service. But the skin cancer cream he ordered for me is not covered by either of my medical insurance coverage. Hopefully this Dr. can find someway I can get the needed medication. $1000.00 is way out of my ability to cover out of pocket.
