Dr Lien is nice and listens to my concerns. The o my problem I had with this visit would be the two ladies working at the front desk. They badmouthed a patient loud enough that we could all hear it.
Was ok. It seems like take them a very long time to send the order of prescription to the pharmacy. Still waiting…. update : apology for the previous post. The office did sent the order. We didn’t get the prescription because the pharmacy didn’t send out any info to let us know if it is ready to pick up.
Staff and professionals are great. Parking is terrible and finding which door to get to was difficult, especially for someone in a wheelchair. Not a great location for medical offices.
