I’ve been here a handful of times. The staff and the owner are incredibly nice. I had some rough days and I just float away and it’s amazing how a float can flip your day around.
The cryo is really awesome and helps with my inflammation and scar tissue. I didn’t think I’d like it. But I do! I don’t think I’ll ever get used to the cold. My body runs cold so I always feel cold to everyone. I seek warmth. I don’t have a vagus nerve anymore as mine was severed. So having access to the warm salt float, the sauna, and more is incredible.

Loved it! I really only did it so the person I came with wasn't alone, but I still enjoyed it! It went by really quickly! The staff was very friendly and talks to you to distract you from how cold it is. It felt amazing and I would definitely do it again!
