I am homeless, and I waited an entire YEAR to finally get a housing match with these people. After 3 months of me doing diligent work in getting them all the paperwork they needed, they lost one of my unit matches. I was told we were moving forward, and apparently we were not. I then said and asked in an email: I'm scared I'm going to lose this match. What EXACTLY do I need to do next in order to move forward. What specific steps do I need to do next in order to get housing as soon as possible. Her response? : I totally get where you're coming from. And I will try my hardest to get this housing for you. That was it. Not only did she NOT answer my questions, but she also gave me a false hope. That was on a Tuesday. That day, the next day, the day after that, even, I wouldve gotten whatever she needed. But she didn't tell me, so I didn't know I had to anything else. The next week? She tells me I lost the match completely. I waited A YEAR. And I did MY due diligence. And my case worker dropped the ball MAJORLY. I AM SO upset. I cannot keep living in these conditions for another year, I literally might not make it. I am so upset. I am so let down. I am so hopeless. These people claim to fight for you, and no matter how much hard work you put in, they will drop the ball. Might as well not even bother.

If I could give these people a negative*I would I turn to CAPK To supposedly help with my energy bill this place is a joke they took away a refrigerator and replace it with a smaller crappy one one that constantly has to be defrosted the fridge is not even big enough for everybody in this house it's ridiculous the things they put around the door they're a joke and they were supposed to fix my garage door it's a joke it's none of their work less they put a fan above my stove and it is so crappy it makes Annoying sounds 24 seven then they took a perfectly good microwave and replace it with a really crappy one that takes twice as long to use which increase my energy bill this place is a joke Do not under any circumstances deal with these people you will get ripped off
