BSW did a recent R&R and cleaning on my roof. They did their usual bang up job. Luis Cervantes and his team competed the job in a timely manner and cleaned up well. I am pleased with the repairs BSW completed on my tile roof about four months ago. A contractor friend recommended them based on his extensive experience with them. One of my roof valleys had a leak.
Repairs were made to three roof valleys, including new galvanized valley metal, new felt underlayment, and cutting the tiles to widen the valleys. BSW also installed new galvanized flashing at all pipes and vents. Two BSW techs completed the work over three days. Luis from BSW provided a detailed estimate via email, including a diagram of my roof. It has rained two or three times since the repairs, and the repairs have had no issues.

I had a leak in my roof after the 1/2026 rains and it leaked into my entryway. I called BSW ( after surveying my neighbors and was told they were the best in town). I still contacted 2 other roofers. BSW was out immediately and provided a quote with schematics and video. The 2nd roofer came out but I never received a quote or follow-up phone call. The 3rd roofer never called me back. I chose BSW and they were great. Very courteous, professional, and the repair was quickly completed. I would definitely choose BSW for any roofing needs. They are great!
