I love BookHounds and am so grateful we have a place like this in town. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. My son lives on the coast and likes to go to BookHounds when he visits. He said they do not have anything like it where he lives and he enjoys the wide selection of books they carry. Thank you for having this business for the community to enjoy and please never close down!

A really good place to find good books!! The staff is very friendly and they have some books, CD's and Vinyls inside and outside not very much parking spots available but it is worth it.

Literally one of the best places in Bakersfield. Been coming here for over a decade across various different locations. You'll find all sorts of books, movies, comics, vinyls, etc. all for very very good prices. Cannot recommend Bookhounds enough, I love this place.
