We were travelling from Canada to Southern California and had a hydraulic line, under a slide, that started to leak. Being unable to extend or retract the slides or extend our landing gear was very problematic. One call to Hector at Blue Compass and we turned around and headed to their service center. Our unit was immediately moved into the shop and diagnosed and repaired within 4 hours. Our technician, Darian, was very approachable, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Hector, Omar, and Eddie at Blue Compass RV service were great! I came in with propane heat and power issues and they were able to figure out my systems no problem, on the same day that I called, shifting their schedule to accommodate me!! Such a lifesaver for me, since I’m full-timing and need the van to sleep, and it’s cold at night now. They were ok with my two dogs and me hanging out in the shop and working/napping while they worked on my van. Ended up just being a reorientation for me, no parts needed, but Hector was able to quickly troubleshoot my issue and walked me through how to avoid it in the future.
