Been using Big Boy Plumber for years now. Ricardo, the owner, has always been professional, punctual, fairly priced, and always delivers quality work. I wanted to give a shout out to Big Boy Plumbing. The pilot went out on my hot water heater so I requested service through my home warranty. They sent Ricardo with Big Boy Plumbing, i received a phone call right away and he was at my home within 24hrs. After accessing the situation I was told the part needed to be replaced, that it had been ordered, it would be a few days, also the part would be delivered to me. Due to timing and other obligations Ricardo recruited another plumber to replace the part in his absence, however the plumber never showed or called.
