I needed a tow early in the morning to my dealership and Gabriel was here right on time! Excellent service, so friendly and nice. If I needed a tow again in Bakersfield, I'd for sure call Ben's again! Thanks for your help Gabriel.
These are difficult times! The driver that came to my house was super nice and extremely helpful. That he was going to work and cheerfully doing his job is commendable. He arrived quickly and delivered my car across town to the dealer. He was sent by the dealers customer service. Great guy! Thank you so much to him and Bens Towing. Got car back, all fixed. Now, if I could only leave my house!
