Very professional and honest business. Will do their best to resolve all issues in any way possible. Always friendly and polite no matter how many times I called for updates. They work quickly too, so don’t be off put if you’re told you’re way back in line. Will definitely come back if I need to in the future.

Bakersfield Bytes tried to repair my daughter’s old computer so I could use it as a back up. They were up front with me when it started overheating and said it wouldn’t be worth the cost. I appreciate their integrity.

They quickly told me the issue with my pc and we’re able to fix it as soon as I gave them the parts it needed. 10/10, will definitely go back with any future tech problems I have.
