Telephone receptionists at the three appear to have only access to their assigned department so if you're calling for surgery info be sure to call surgery. Efficient office staff and MD and ODs. Knowledgeable. Helpful. Estimates provided. Will go back. Ocular implants cleared of haze quickly.

I went to see Dr. Hair for my cataract surgery and it was an exceptional experience overall. Yes, Dr. Hair might look and act like one of the Grey's Anatomy doctors, but he really knows what he's doing! The staff is extremely professional, friendly and efficient. You can tell he really cares about his patients and he's committed his life to this work. I highly recommend Dr. Hair to anyone who wants to improve their vision, especially if you're nervous about getting a surgery.

A few months ago I reviewed Bakersfield Eye Institute in regards to their phone service. How unsuccessful they were with their phone service. However, I still set up the appointment, and I have to say their overall service was really good. As I walked in greeted right away and soon took care of me. They were patient and but helpful. I was able to get in and was taken care of. Afterwords, I was able to get my glasses with great service as well. I can never judge a book by its cover. Job well done BEI.
