Jay provided a great massage! He created a very relaxing atmosphere and can be very gentle at times, but also knows the body really well and gets into your problem areas to remove the aches and pains. I personally love a deep massage but he can provide anything in between to fit whatever your needs are.
Scheduled visit for my mom. She couldn't stop talking about how great she felt afterwards. She's had chronic back pain from herniated discs, tumor at L4 -L5, and rheumatoid arthritis. Would highly recommend!!
