While in the waiting room 3 of the security guards were openly discussing how they were going to arrest someone. 1st security said "If we are threatened we can arrest her" 2nd security guard said "I'm just going to do it, I don't care". They sounded very aggressive and unprofessional. It added a tension to waiting area. People had to wait to be escorted to the back to see family members but the security guards took long periods to show up and the security at the desk was playing tetris while people waited. Bad experience with applying for Allied Universal. They not only wasted my time but I wasted my money which I got back on the background and the armed guards card. I waited 2 months and then they said they’re not hiring for security guards so be careful and make sure to find out if they are hiring before you waste your money!

Was at the emergency room at Mercy Hospital Downtown and saw how Andrew the security guard treats everyone with so much disrespect. Being a security guard should not allow them to just make people feel terrible for asking for help ( especially at the ER). Andrew do better. You need training you’re not a cop.
