Everything was fantastic
The valet parking , the staff was superb! From checking in to being escorted to my appointment. Dr Maboob was very kind, knowledgeable and showed great concern . He explained everything in detail ! I feel like I am in good hands.
So far my interactions with technical, medical and administrative staff has been nothing less than stellar. They get a little busy sometimes which causes them to run behind a bit, but I think that's mainly due to the fact that they are spending the time with patients that is needed and not just in and out like a lot of doctors nowadays.
If I could give the ENTIRE STAFF at the AIS Cancer Center on Chester Avenue, (right across from Quest Imaging) a 50 star rating of excellence, compassion, humor, and professionalism, I most assuredly would. Dr. Francesca Hoehne, Medical Director of the Breast Center - is outrageously incredible and beyond reproach...even though she says she is not. I use the term "beyond reproach" because Dr. Hoehne is forthright, easy to talk to, listens to you (even though you don't know what the hell you're talking about)...and loves what she does.
