This is the most wonderful doctor's office I've ever been to! The staff are all so kind and caring, and they take care of everything I need with amazing follow-through. Highly recommend!
Dr Li and her staff are the best. You can’t ask for a better Dr. she care she answer you questions and concerns shows that she cares I could go on but I’m going to keep it short. Dr Li is awesome.
I have had great experiences every time I visit Dr. Arun Softa’s office. Little to no wait time from the time you check in at the front desk. The medical assistant calls you in to take your weight and take you into the examination room. When in the room the medical assistant takes your blood pressure and asks you if there are any changes to your health and if there are any issues you would like to discuss with the doctor. After the medical assistant leaves the room, the doctor will walk into the examination room with his assistant within 5 minutes or less. You are in and out, the doctor and his staff are very friendly and professional. Keep up the great work!
