I needed a new hose bib installed on my balcony. It was easy to set up an appointment. The technician was on time, he did not try to rush me into a decision and explained several options. Once I decided he offered to do the work right then which I was not expecting but happy that he could. He got right to work and had me check as he progressed. He cleaned up and even helped me with another issue outside as a courtesy. Very happy with the service and will use AP again.

Have had work done by them multiple times and every time has been a pleasure. Daniel is the person I always ask for, and I've had a good experience with Tony as well.
