ACME helped us navigate some tricky permitting obstacles that should have been taken care of 14 years ago when we bought our home but were neglected by the previous owners, title company, RE agents and lending institutions. Thankfully, we were able to get those things done quick enough to close the sale of our home in time for the buyers to realize a good interest rate. had they not, it might have fallen out of escrow. ACME knew what needed to be done and got it done. I would use them again in any rehab or similar situation.
