Outstanding service from making the appointment to the efficient cleaning, most importantly keeping the client informed of the status of everything. Technician was actually early, polite and extremely knowledgeable. Jose was able to effectively explain all aspects of the cleaning and exactly what he found to us in layman terms. He was thorough and made sure we were satisfied with the quality of his service. Price was extremely reasonable. Feel VERY comfortable and comfortable about choosing this company!!!!!
Contacted A&R Chimney to have them appraise damages to my aged chimney. It was in bad shape, with missing grout and old stained brick. I was sure that the top would need to be replaced, but Quinn and Jose did their inspection and assured me that cleaning the bricks and repointing was all that was needed. Jose did an outstanding job and I am extremely happy with the result.
