This is absolutely the best urgent care I have been to in Bakersfield, and I highly recommend them. I usually don't write reviews, but I would be really sad if this incredible place closed. When I went in recently on a Monday morning at 9, there was nobody waiting to be seen. The receptionist was very nice and welcoming. While I filled out my paperwork, two patients left. After finishing my paperwork and paying my co-pay, I sat down and they started playing Freaky Friday. Since I love Jamie Lee Curtis, I changed seats to watch.The minute I sat down in the new seat they called my name to take me back to the exam room.

Staff is very polite and helpful. So long as you have your stuff in order i.e. insurance cards and ID, its a smooth process. There wasn’t even that many forms to fill out for to receive healthcare. Still amazes me that some people go in there with nuthin, but expect the young lady at the desk to give them a free healthcare visit.
I think this is my 4th time here and I love love love it at this location. I’ve seen Manju Bhalla the last 2 times and she is so caring. I wish she was my ob. I love that it’s not a long wait. The office girls are always really nice. The nurses are nice. 10/10 ⭐️
I will always come here first. I’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences.
