I truly cannot say enough good things about ServiceMaster and especially Jesse Padron. From the very beginning, the team handled the mitigation and containment process with such professionalism and care. You can tell they genuinely take pride in their work and treat your home like it’s their own.
Jesse has been absolutely incredible. He’s been on top of every detail, proactive with communication, and guided us through the entire process step by step. During what could have been a very stressful situation, he made us feel informed, supported, and confident that everything was being handled correctly.
Hector and his Service Master team came in to our house and were able to help immediately. Not only did they clear the water damaged areas we had sustained he even found new areas. Hdid a great job on my kitchen after we found a leak and had to tear out the kitchen cabinets, floor and walls. They didn’t just do the bare minimum. Hector looked for ways to make sure we were in constant communication and knew what to expect all the way through. I’m grateful for Hector and his team. Their professionalism was unmatched.
