We have been going here for years, but they got a new guy and he is HORRIBLE! He absolutely messed up my son's hair and cut it soooo uneven. We are not able to fix it and now he will be wearing a hat for a few weeks until his hair grows back. They just lost a long time customer!!!! They didn't apologize, still charged me! When I told Maria that it wasn't right and we were not going back for what they did she laughed and said it will grow back, you can convince him to come back In two weeks! Very unfortunate, no good customer service. Time to look for a new barber shop

What ever you do do yourself a favor a do not come to this place of horror. They can't follow simple instructions and picture of how I wanted my haircut. I had beautiful medium black hair and they almost left me bald. I just wanted a regular haircut and they lady did her own style on my hair. The only one that knows how to cut hair is Mago but good luck getting an appt with her. This shop is overpriced and they don't even give you haircut you want and still charge you. This place really messed up my hair. Go to another place except this place they don't know how to cut hair except for Mago. If I could give 0 stars I would.
