The last Owner did not care about his laundromat and / or customers. The washing machines did not work and those that did were Filthy; the restroom was like an indoor Outhouse. Thanks to the new OWNER , His Laundromat is Clean , Newly Painted, New Flooring, New Washing Machines w/ HOT Water...the old owner simply turned off hot water. Most Notably is that the Restroom has been made more Sanitized, Cleaned, Painted, New Flooring, Working Sink w / running Hot Water. From , - 100% up to, +200%. . The New Owner shows Interest in HIS NEW LAUNDROMAT and to His Customers. Very Professional, Courteous an Interacts with His Customers. I Thank you and The Community Thanks you. 👍👍👍
