came in on a wheel chair & after several months of seeing phillip & some of his colleagues, i left walking independently. it was a great combination of having fun & recovering. always kept me pushing to be better. Robin was also great and helped with any issues that came up with insurance. Thankful for the whole team!

I received excellent PT services from Dr. Phil Ngo. He is highly skilled, knowing exactly which stretches to have me conduct to address two shoulder injuries and I fully recovered from both in four months. He was very patient and easy to work with.

I also really appreciated the customer service from the coordinator Robin at the front desk. She is very kind and always eager to help.

I am new to this location but the front office staff the other day was so unprofessional. They openly were discussing drinking wine from the bottle and then I over heard one of them making fun of a patient and thinking she didn't know what she was talking about regarding insurance when the patient had an current insurance but the insurance changed names a few years ago and the front staff was very loudly making fun of the patient. Which also is a close violation to HIPAA laws. Discussing patient information outloud in a professional setting ! I can't comment on the care. But I don't think PT should be diagnosing you if they aren't your doctor. Hope... read full review
