About Island Spa Catalina

Island Spa Catalina was a beloved spa destination that provided a relaxing and rejuvenating experience for its guests. Visitors appreciated the exceptional service from the spa technicians, as well as the stunning views, pool, and jacuzzi. However, some guests expressed concerns about the broken urinal, rough cement in the hot tub, and the intense steam room. Despite these minor issues, the spa was a gem that will be missed by its loyal customers, who are disappointed to see it permanently closed.

Wow - I just called for our annual spa and pampering as part of our trek to the JazzTrax Fest in October - THE SPA IS CLOSED -Permanently. We spent the last 15 years attending and the spa was our kick off !! Sorry to see it close, a gem spot and gems of spa technicians !!! Thanks for the great service and always making it special !!! I am SO disappointed that my favorite spa is permanently closed. I always loved spending an entire day several times over the summer here. Treatments, enjoying the views, pool and jacuzzi. I hope they open back up before summer is over!!!

only thing's I had issue with were- The urinal is broken to run constantly, probably wasting hundreds of gallons a day and reporting it to the staff I said they knew about it and just left it like that. This is the attitude, I went in the hotel they have little signs that say every drop matters! I told him they should turn the water off to the urinal and just cover it and say out of order.- cement for the hot tub seat/walls is too rough- steam room is really loud and really hot, I could only stand about 5 minutes before my legs were burning, maybe turn down the frequency and/or intensity of the steam blasts- attendant should check on men's side every hour at least, to wipe up water on the floor and restock the ice rags
