We work with Brad directly, and he has been phenomenal; This is the second year he has done all the taxes for my wife and me. Brad is extremely thorough, professional, efficient and easy to work with. He provides us with answers to all our questions in a very timely manner. He is very knowledgeable about the tax laws and tax breaks. He was able to get us a refund for far more than what we expected. I also referred him to amend my daughter's return and she also got back a much bigger refund. I just wish we had made the switch sooner.
