Kind of sad to see some of the bad reviews but I have had a great experience here been in a few times and have my pcp here and let me just say that ask for MONICA who is front desk staff and she went above and beyond to help me with medical billing and insurance stuff she is an absolute angel!
Staff is attentive, helpful. Generally cheerful, and dutifully focused. The Auburn staff is cheerful and helpful when I engage with them over the phone. The Primary location I attend is the Foresthill office. Dr Sewell, Dr marler, Ryan Holt, NP, and Cheyenne are attentive, concerned, and especially engaging and proactive.
This is the Bowman Office and their front desk is the sweetest ladies ever. I came in stressed and I forgot my wallet with my ID and began to cry and the woman got up and hugged me and said not to worry. My first impression couldn’t have been better. I have since been there a few times and seen three of the Doctors and Practitioners and each one listened, addressed my concerns and went the extra mile to ensure I’m receiving the best medical care. I am 68 and love my physicians.
