It was early and only a few people in the patient lobby room but I think the lobby is used for other providers. So with that be said o waited about an hour and 15 mins to be seen. With how I felt right before the weekend I was just greatful to be seen. Thankful to have a UC open for those hours.
This place was the best urgent care I have visited! The front desk was friendly and caring. Fast to get in and fast to be seen. The PA, Jake, was informative and friendly. I would definitely recommend Sutter Urgent Care and will go back if need be.
My past experience was good, but this latest was spectacular. When a referral to radiology led to findings of real concern, Clarisa went well above and beyond the call of duty to get advanced care for me that night!
