Overall pleasant excellent caring compassionate staff. Communication on appointments and reminders is excellent. I get a text and notice in the mail. Most complaints I read are from those not familiar with how VA healthcare works. The Auburn Clinic is not an urgent care facility.
As a veteran, the VA Sierra Foothills Outpatient Clinic provides good care. The staff is friendly, the environment is clean, safe, and comfortable for those seeking privacy. With ample parking and ADA compliance, it's an overall positive space.
I had my first two visits this week and both times everyone who saw me was extremely kind and patient during my appointment and afterward by answering my questions and concerns. As it’s a lot of information I didn’t know what to expect but I certainly feel like I landed in a good spot with Sierra Foothills VA Clinic. ??
