Great job removing our old, clunky water heater from a cramped furnace room and installing our new tankless water heater - New water connections, new venting and drainage installed and all in a little over three hours.

Pro Hot Water: incredible knowledge, professionalism, responsive and quality installation. I called two other companies, and I could easily tell they were not up to the task. Then I called Pro Hot Water and said I needed a natural gas tankless water heater installed soon. Mark said, "I'm your man, I'll be there in an hour." Mark took the time to thoroughly explain and answer questions on installing a tankless water heater in an 80-year-old house. The next afternoon Mark installed the tankless water heater.
