Jay has been my computer consultant for over twenty years. He has helped me purchase, install, upgrade, and repair all of my devices. He rapidly responds to all of my requests and has never failed to solve even difficult problems. He is also an affable man who is always a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend him.
Mo took the time to discuss my laptop issue and was able to fix it the same day. Great communication and solid service. They will be my first call for any future issues. (I keep my devices forever so will likely need fixes in the future)
Jay is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He helped me upgrade from Mojave to Ventura, upgraded my browsers and apps and resolved my browser issues. It was all done remotely so I didn’t need to leave my home. Fantastic! I highly recommend him.
