We love these guys. They are friendly, knowledgeable and good at what they do. Our house sits on a hillside, surrounded by land held in a conservancy and managed by the Federal Bureau of Land Management. Because we live in the middle of a forest, we get lots of pests and critters. Once I figured out we had a bat infiltration (and not the other pest guys on a monthly plan); I called them up and after the roosting season they sorted it out straight away. Bats are outside now instead of in the eaves. Thanks guys!
