Clients have noted positive experiences with their pest inspections and treatments, particularly for insect problems. The team is recognized for their ability to adapt services to meet specific needs, such as managing outdoor environments with feral cats while effectively addressing flea populations.

Some customers expressed concerns about the grading system used by the technicians, feeling it may create unnecessary pressure. However, they also acknowledge that the extra visits for specific pest issues are beneficial. The company is praised for its comprehensive approach, including yard and garden services that tackle weeds and pests. Customers mention that Clark's employees are always friendly, professional and use caution and care when spraying around the house. They always do a good job and if something extra needs to be done like Pesty ants in the house they are right there. They take care of the spiders and Wasp too. Clark's has always done them right. Richard “Soup” Campbell was just phenomenal, tackling a massive wasp nest and was great with a child. Clark's delivers excellent service every single time.
