Dino quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the bad outlet (which was causing all 'downstream' outlets to go out, kind of like a string of Christmas lights). Just over a year later when we had a problem with something he had touched, even though it was totally unexpected, he came out on a holiday, went to get the retired parts, and came back to fix it.
