Amazing! More relaxing than I could have imagined. Was like a meditation, chiropractic adjustment and massage benefits all combined in the same 60 minutes. Staff was friendly & helpful. Slept SO well the night after the float. I will definitely return for more floats.
Today was my first time floating at Capitol Floats in Auburn, and I was not disappointed! It was such an amazing experience from beginning to end. I did a 60min float session. The lady at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful. That facility was clean and inviting. And I was super excited to get started. She explained perfectly how everything worked and I went about my way. I rinsed off before going in and found the water was a little cooler than i thought it would be, but my body accumulated quickly. This place is amazing! It's clean, the people are friendly, and offers not only floats, but some other treatments as well. Our old float place closed so we've been searching for a new place we would love just as much, and this place is it! Highly recommend!!
