Cal flooring did the most excellent job installing my carpet. They were consistently communicative throughout the process, and were efficient and very clean. They were considerate of what was going on in the carpet market and did everything they could to make me happy. I would highly recommend them in the future. It's so much better to work with people that you can talk to rather than some huge chain that's just trying to make a sale. from the owners to everyone who works in their support team the entire group was so friendly and kind. Thanks again guys!

The staff was extremely helpful with design, details regarding the products and supportive during the process. Each step of the process was explained in detail with follow up calls. We were able to take different samples home to put on the floor to see what worked best in our home. The bid was completed in a timely manner with all items broken down so we could decide (for cost) what we wanted to have done. The baseboards were order and arrived a few days before the crew was suppose to start so we were able to pick them up and paint them prior to installation.The day of installation the owner arrived at our home on time and introduced the crew that would be installing...read full review
